Our complex mechanical projects require a very complicated assembly procedure. When these high-end sub-assemblies are merged with general machined parts, we produce a turn key assembly at a very competitive price. All procedures and technical information are documented with text and CAD. Hardware and general machine and commercial parts are procured for the customer, resulting in a very streamlined supplier base. The entire project is comprehensively managed by a full-time buyer/planner, and cost reductions are regularly scheduled, along with design enhancements, to simplify operations. The net result is significant cost savings for the customer.
